The resort has 17 rooms and Jr. Suites all with ocean views in a two-story  building with the following room categories: 

Ocean View Balcony Rooms
These rooms are located on the upper floor with private balconies and great views of the Caribbean and barrier reef.   The rooms are finished in native hardwoods, and have air- conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, mini fridges and coffeemakers.

Ocean View Balcony – Superior
These spacious rooms are located on the upper floor with a private balcony and great view of the Caribbean and reef.  The rooms are finished in native hardwoods and have a wet bar with mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker; a sitting area, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV.

Ocean View Pool Deck Rooms
These rooms are located on the ground floor, and open to the pool deck.  These rooms have great views of the Caribbean and barrier reef.   The rooms are finished in stucco and tile, and have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, mini fridges and coffeemakers.

Ocean View Jr. Suites
Two Jr. Suites are located on the ground floor and open onto the pool deck, and two on the second floor with private balconies.  The rooms have large windows to capture the view, are attractively decorated, have stucco walls and tile floors with a king size bed, kitchenette, queen pull out bed, cable TV and air-conditioning.  Maximum 4 people per room

Ocean Front Jr. Suites
One of these Jr. Suites is located on the ground floor, and one on the second floor.  These rooms have 8 foot sliding doors that open onto a private balcony less than 20 feet from the ocean, in addition to other windows to capture the views.  The rooms are attractively decorated, have stucco walls and tile floors with a king size bed, kitchenette, queen pull out bed, cable TV and air-conditioning.  Maximum 4 people per room.

Mata Rocks Resort is about 1 mile south of the town of San Pedro, on Coconut Drive, can be reached by walking along the beach, road, bicycle (free of charge to hotel guests), taxi or by renting a Golf cart.
